**Cancellation and Deposit Policy** At Volimé Esthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring availability for all our clients. To help manage our schedule and reduce last-minute cancellations, we have implemented the following deposit and cancellation policy: **Deposit Policy** - A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. **Cancellation Policy** - **24-Hour Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. - **Late Cancellations**: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. - **No Shows**: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service amount will be charged We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
