Welcome to Volimé Esthetics! (Pronounced Vole- i (as in igloo)-may) (meaning beloved in the Romani language🤍) Here we feature a range of services from skincare, full body waxing, brow care, and lash care. Volimé Esthetics is operated by Madalina, a Licensed Esthetician / Licensed Instructor! Madalina loves providing a mix of different services, but finds herself specializing in skincare, brow shaping, and brazilian waxes! The goal is to feel and look your best while creating low maintenance daily routines for yourself throughout your month! Work history : •Madalina attended Douglas J Aveda institute in 2016, graduating in 2017. •Licensed Esthetician & Licensed Esthiology Instructor •2017-2020 Madalina worked as a beauty advisor with the brand Christian Dior. This entailed makeup application, handling sales, and guest experience •Worked as a Independent makeup artist, handling photo shoot makeup, graduation makeup, wedding and event makeup ( although she did transition out of this to focus on skincare, this is something she intends to get back into in the future) •2020-2023 worked as a Esthetics practitioner at Moxie Studio. This is where she fell in love with investing time into skin, waxing, brows, and lash care services. •2023 Madalina temporarily paused her career to Au Pair in Sevilla, Spain. Taking care of two young boys, helping their family with their English, taking Spanish classes, and appreciating the Mediterranean laid back quality of life. This was a space for her to grow, connect, experience foreign exchange, and learn new approaches to life. •Late 2024 Madalina started the venture of building Volimé Esthetics •2024 Madalina became a Licensed Instructor and enjoys supporting others who are studying this field while working at Douglas J Institute Your connection and experience here is valued. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Appointment Policies Thank you for choosing Volimé Esthetics. These policies are in place to help us provide a smooth, relaxing experience for every guest while honoring everyone’s scheduled time and giving others a fair opportunity to book. Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your service. Rescheduling & Cancellations We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment. When 24 hours notice or more is provided, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit becoming non refundable. Late Arrivals Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may need to reschedule. This allows us to give each guest the full attention and experience they have booked while keeping the rest of the day running smoothly and on time. No Shows Appointments that are missed without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments Outside of Business Hours If you would like to request an appointment outside of our regular operating hours, a $40 after hours fee will apply. These appointments are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Thank You Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies.
